Body is in great shape, but for the dreaded door sag ( and its a biggy)
Frame is solid, interior is fair... filthy but not torn up or pulled off. Cabinet doors are all missing but I really don't see that as any major issue.
the appliances, that's another story. The fridge
is gone, stove and furnace
(colman) appear to be after market, and LP lines have been removed.
The one other issue that I discovered while underneath, it looks as if at some point the water tank was left full and froze. It has ruptured side to side along the back.
So there it is, guess I should get started.
