These 2 holes are at the back where the spare tire bracket goes. They said the wheel/tire was rubbing the bumper so they didn't store it here.

Somewhere around here is where water is getting in just to the left of the entrance door, then it runs along the back of the dinette cushions - we can see some discoloration of the ensolite along there

We are so impressed with the condition of this trailer. The owners seemed sad to see it go and we want to take very good care of it. We want to get these leaks fixed - it's scheduled for a service in 2 weeks and we will address what we can at that time. We hope to use it for 2 seasons and then do a restoration. I can't say enough about this forum - I'm swamped with reading already!! (staying up way too late and generally looking at my phone all the time) I'll post a few photos below of just the general condition. We inherited some great manuals as well and I will scan them and post them as soon as I get a chance.

the closet has shelves in it already - I could tell if the bottom one would lift out to see if there's any storage room below it. The handle has no latch so we will be looking for something for that. The owner has installed a deep cycle battery and some LED lights on the interior with a meter to check the battery as well. The wiring is shown in the photo.

I'm not sure if the curtain rods are original but they seem to work well with these little tension brackets on either side

The kitchen looks in great shape. The regulator is damaged so it will get a new one and an LP check when it goes in. We're told the fridge and stove are in working condition!

First your comment that it looks like the roof is flexing, that could be just the way light is reflecting off the paint BUT the bolts that hold the body to the frame are well known to become loose, this allows the body to rock on the frame and results in a broken frame.

There are usually 6 bolts and a number of screws that attach the body to the frame, That is one of the screws. With it pulled out like that I would immediately check to make sure all the body bolts are in place and tight. Also check the frame closely for bends and cracks. Use my Boler Buyer Guide as a reference Boler Buyers Guide

Cool you have one of the rare Boler's with the opening rear window.

We've been testing out the electrical and so far everything works. The fridge is a 3 way and chilling gas we speak on 110. Now we just have to wait for the service (MVI) where they will put in a new regulator and to an LP check to test the propane systems.
It seems that the frame has already been reinforced by someone. We've found 4 of the bolts between the body and frame and they seem good but we will probably replace them soon. I'm not sure how many there are but I've read some may be under the fridge. There are screws that seem to be loose on the floor area so we will look at those more closely.

I have uploaded a few docs in the document section. The 2 page manual, the 3 way Tedco fridge manual, a manual for outdoor tents and awnings, and a parts list for the Coleman Stove

NEW CUSHIONS
WELCOME TO THE CLUB! Glad to have you aboard.
I am late checking in on this but it is good advice to get the cushions replaced. I have just contracted for new 4 inch foam and new material on my 1977 Trillium. A local upholsterer is doing the job, in three day, for $350.00 for the dinette cushions and the four small arm rest type blocks [that also double as blocks to hold things on the open shelves when travelling].
The couch/bunks will be done next year. Check with you local upholsterers before ordering new from the company. Scouter Dave.
