Hey all.
I just got a 1990
Scamp 16.
It's been gutted by the previous owner, down to the
fiberglass, which will save me time/effort. Needs a new sub floor, but the steel frame is in decent shape.
It will have limited amenities, a queen bed, and a pair of small bunk beds, a fresh water system, and a
propane stove. No toilet, 120v window unit, electric heater, details of the HVAC are still to be determined. Probably a 2 tone
paint job, almond top, puke green bottom. New 5x4.5
axle with
brakes.
I'm going to seperate the shell from the steel, hang the new
axle, POR15 the steel, replace the 3/4" ply, then get it painted and get the
windows back in.
