Proud to tell ya'll about my new egg! I got it with dual propane tanks, dual batteries, because they're optima bluetop deep cells,[future solar panel-compatible], and AC. I picked out the upholstery fabric, Chandlers' wife cut out the curtains, his daughter sewed them. It has a 2" receiver built onto the rear bumper, a 2 bike carrier for to have. I've only spent one night in it, getting set up, reading all literature, etc. I'm happy, so far. No headroom issues, [i could have worn a tophat, almost]. I have no experience with the other brands, but I think i did good...I pull it w/a 4 cyl.,5 spd, Yota Tacoma. This is the fourth one sold, according to Chandler. Might draw some attention, when I start traveling for good......
I DO appreciate all the encouragement and advice i've gleaned from you FGRV folks. Be seein ya when you get east of the Mississippi! for now.........

I believe the amount of storage space is as much as can be available. Thought was obviously given to putting overhead cabinets all the way around. The linen locker, inside the head, is large enuff to hold ALL of my towels, sheets, and most blankets, quilts, TP, soap, toiletries, etc. Port-o-pot, in a locker below that. The bed will go to a full 60" queensize, with the wooden insert at the end of the dinette table. I expect to leave the bed up semi permanent. A couple seabags full of off season clothes, underneath, should set me up for wherever I wander.

Looks Great Harry! I'm sure it will make the Blues Festivals you attend much more comfortable.
I would be interested in finding out the (unloaded weight) if you ever get the opportunity to weigh it. Nice job on the interior fabric colors.

Where are the batteries located and is there any storage under the rear dinette seats? I see the water heater is on the curb side and the converter on the street side, any space there for "stuff"? What is the board for that is lying on the floor under your dinette? Is it the back to the side dinette seat? Thanks for your responses.

I think the board on the floor is the expander piece to widen the bed to full queen.

Correct, Mike. That's the extender piece for the bed lying under the table. I don't intend using it for solo travel. The side cushions turn over and the cornerpieces flap down, facing forward blocking the view of whatever I want to stow under the bed. It's not perfect, but I'm learning... Batteries are under the back of the driver-side settee, in back, still room for tools and some stuff. There's some storage room underneath both sides. Propane heater is under the stove, fridge is three way, that's the fourth option I got with it. I haven't rigged up a flagpole yet, but I donated some $ to the USO, a while ago, and they sent me two flags. The other one is hanging on my wall.....

Thanks Harry for the info. Did you go with the port-o-potty or fixed toilet with tank in the bath? Does that bath window open. You can tell there is a lot of interest in this trailer and we all would love to see it. There is a rally in late June in Pennsylvania, maybe you can attend and bring your new home with you. There will be other fiberglass trailers and we all can see each other's models. Great time if you have never been to one.

Jim-The bathroom window does open. I went with a portable, builtin is a $937 option. And I had a bad experience with a blackwater tank backing up. I can get by without that. Just get a little wagon to haul my tank to the dump station every couple days. What is this Pennsylvania rally called, and where is it? I know I could find it, searching FGRV forum, but I'm trying to answer all questions adequately, right now...I'd love to show off my egg Early July is the Briggs Farm Blues Festival, in Nescopeck, Pa. I plan to be there, camped in a cornfield.
