Jon in AZ,
Definitely agree that simpler is better! We kept ours super simple and so far haven't regretted it.
Our 16'
amerigo is just exactly the right size for us. Not too small, but not too big, either.
hungmiester, be sure to go into any trailers you are thinking of buying to see if they fit you physically! Height, width, elbow room, climb-in height, towing weights, whatever.
After we tried three 13' trailers, a
Campster, a
Scamp, & a
Boler, we knew the 13' absolutely wasn't going to do it for us. It's only a matter of a few inches here and there...but "they" who say things are right, size does matter. Also tried the RPod without slideouts and that was a nightmare! Far too tight everywhere! All "furniture" and no wiggle room (except the luxuriously huge queen bed, accessed by a tiny crawl hole!).
BEST
