New to me 1984 Burro 17 ft

Hi new to the forum so go easy on me...
Im in the San Francisco area, I was wondering if I could find another member, close by willing to let me compare my trailer to a theirs.
My little Burro looks to be complete but needs work. Windows and door are the major concern. Door sags, the hinges (mounting screws are enlarged) and door doesnt close right. Window in front was removed, and a plexy glass window was siliconed in. Rugs were installed and table mounting hardware removed. Oh and some knuckle head painted it white....
I got my work cut out but was just looking for someone with a better trailer to get some advise..thx Ed

Hi Ed, welcome to FiberglassRV! I don't own a Burro, but am betting you'll find lots of Burro owners that will step up and answer your questions. AND, you know we all LOVE pictures

Welcome, Ed. I have a kissing cousin to the Burro (a UHaul). I think that the longer Burros are pretty rare. There are more 'shorties' than 'biggie' Burros. But if you're going to connect with Burro owners, it will be here! Welcome, and yes, please, we'd love to see pics. Also will help people identify the issues and give you tips. There's a section of the forums where you can get help.

Hi Ed, I have a 13 foot burro. I have door problems too and plan to get going on repairs when I return from our travels next month. 1. The door hinges had been re-drilled on the body making one big hole-so it sagged. (short term trip fix- we removed door and filled the drill holes with epoxy then re-drilled and re-hung. 2. The door is cracked at the latch and the bottom of the door is out about 1 1/2 inches from the body. I plan to straighten and re-fiberglass the door so it aligns. Does any of that sound familiar?
