Some day....

When I get my my new pickup paid off and some $$$ saved, will buy an egg. Reading and deciding what kind, etc.
Right now, after several different lifetimes, I'm driving a semi full time for a living.
Decent pay, crappy hours, ( can drive up to 70 hours a week) way overregulated, but a great boss whose family treats me like an elderly aunt. Hopefully only a couple more years till I can retire an start taking photos of some of the cool places I keep seeing but no time to stop or anywgere to park a 73 ft long tractor trailer.
So hopefully before I'm 80 in 4 short years, I'll be out there with y'all!
80.... Sounds really really old!
Take care,
Mary aka Krashdragon

We'll be looking for you on the road soon enough....Waiting to get out there camping is the hardest times for me...I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas and just count the days till Spring comes along and I can get the Boler of Casita out from the back yard and on the road again
I even have been known to shovel out the 300 feet of snow, yes shovel, to get it out in early April so everything will be ready to go by the last week of April.
Waiting is HELL!

I'd be renting a trailer and getting out NOW. Life is too short to wait. Avoid debt! It gets in the way of lifestyle, and regardless of how low the interest rate may be, it increases your monthly cost of living. I'd rather spend $500 on activities, than send that $$ to a bank every month.

Renting a trailer and leaving now would be great.
But not quite possible yet. Still, not bad driving around the country seeing stuff. Gives me a really good idea where I want to go and stuff to see.

I just retired this fall and I should have done this sooner! I bought an Escape 19' and I think it's the best fiberglass trailer. They are made in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada and worth the trip north. You have to order a year ahead of time.
