300 pounds tongue weight seems heavy for a Hunter. Technically, that would mean it ought to weigh 2500-3000 pounds or so to keep the ratio right.

Would LOVE to see some pics!

Yup, it's a Hunter! Looks vintage. Thanks for the link!

Price is MUCH different in link than here, $6000 more, and queen size bed compared to king size...so you lowered the price and added some bed?

Original cushions? From 1973? This must've been very lightly used! 45 year old foam and fabric...vintage again!

I can see showing this at various rallies. Bet you get a lot of interest!

The Craigslist add may have been for a different trailer. The link was not added by the OP and no longer works.

King size sounds right compared to my Campster. The price seems about right as well depending on condition.

Really need to see those pictures.

Hi, I had put this up for everyone about this Hunter for sale in Orange County CA because the owner was having some problems getting the pictures up. What's odd is the price has gone way down on this site, it's the same camper "Astro". I don't see any new posting for it on here but someone said their is. Here is the listing I found for it, the owner confirmed it's correct: https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/...648887841.html

Yes, that's the one that was in the other link. Cute trailer.

Thanks, Mike, for the link, and thanks for the pics here.

Now if we could get a confirmation of that 300 pound tongue weight, and a total weight of the trailer. Often, people who want these smaller trailers need lighter than average eggs...

Maybe the just don't know how to get an accurate
Tongue weight with the trailer empty. That seems to me the most likely explanation for a 300 lb weight. There is not anything on the tongue other than propane bottle and spare tire. Unless they put some heavy batteries under the front bunk area which can of course be relocated.

This is the same link as posted by Ron Guley on 7/20 as a 1973 Hunter.

Heading on this listing is 1971 Hunter. Different trailer.
