'86 Sunrader 4x4 project for sale in SLC

1986 Sunrader 4x4 project motorhome with solid front axle, 22R, 5 speed for sale in SLC UT. This is a running vehicle but it needs work. VIN#JT4RN63B9G0011002. Carfax says this vehicle was born with the 22RTE (turbo). I don't know why it ended up with a 22R. The story I was told when I acquired it 3-4 years ago was that it had been used as a security "shack" on a commercial property. There was a fire on the stove and there is smoke damage in the coach. Nothing is burned inside. It is mostly complete but will need extensive cleaning inside. I have replaced the front "wrap around" windows and the rear window along with the two roof vents and I replaced the fuel fill hose. The passenger side fender flair was missing when I bought it but I have a factory replacement that goes with sale. I have decided I don't have the motivation for this project at my age (60) and someone needs to put this cool vehicle back on the road! $10, 000 or best offer. Randy 801-573-236nine.
