you might consider a Trailer Valet?
I have used one and they work quite well.
I picked one up off Craigslist for $150.

I have a Parkit 360L 12 volt trailer mover with 9500 lb. capacity. Just sold our trailer and have no need of it. Only used it 6 or 7 times. Worked well to move our trailer in the tight confines of our driveway. I paid 1450.00 new without the battery. And I am in Minnesota, so shipping would probably be steep for you.
