Wanted: Gas Thermostat Knob Dometic RM 24

Hi All,

I'm looking for a replacement gas thermostat knob for a Dometic RM 24 fridge for my '73 Trillium. I'm not sure if other 3 way Dometic models have a gas thermostat knob that would fit. It appears that they may have been somewhat generic between models. I would appreciate any help in sourcing one.
Thanks!

PPLmotorhomes shows a knob in their parts catalog for the RM24, $9.29 Many knobs will fit different appliances, I have a gas grill knob on my clothes dryer. Amazon sells "fit all" knobs, and some appliance parts suppliers list knobs and what size shaft they will fit

Hi Bob,

I had seen that knob on the PPL site, but they don't really ship to Canada. Or I should say I would have to arrange the shipping because they state they don't "export" to Canada. I will check out Amazon though. I had done a search there under " Dometic RM 24 replacement parts" and came up empty. Thanks again for the suggestions.

Any appliance dealers near you that may have junk appliances that you could grab some knobs off of. Or walk around the neighborhood and borrow some gas grill knobs.

Hi Kootenaigirl,

Thanks for sending the images but I don't think the knob would work for my fridge. Thanks again for the posting though.
