I'm looking at a used 2006 scamp - being used I suspect financing may be a problem. The last scamp I bought was a new one and a loan was no problem. I'm wondering what group members do in these cases. Anybody have any suggestions? I looked at KOA site but it is new ones only as well.

The easiest financing is a home equity loan if you have that option available to you. My credit union finances used RV's. I also think Good Sam has a finance program. The main problem with financing is the Blue Books do not reflect true market value for the fiberglass units. Looks like they use the same depreciation formulas as they use for the stick built's.

Being a member in good standing at our credit union for 41 years meant that I could get a signature loan when we purchased our 1999 17' SD back in 2004.
