Of here it is and it does not work properly. I have a metered and have tested it and it is at full charge (12.64) after sitting over night. When it test the switch it is not working and when I bypass it the gauge doesn't work either. Does anyone know where I can get the gauge or a replacement panel for this?

We have an early CT that doesn't have that gauge. I have a voltmeter that plugs into a cigarette lighter outlet, got it from Amazon. Don't know how accurate it really is. I have a load tester for batterys if I need an accurate evaluation. I just saw another CT that has that panel but didn't get a close look at the panel. Can you just use an aftermarket automotive volt meter wired to the battery.

Chris if you want original, you may need to search here and on eBay. If you are OK with a digital replacement (more accurate), there are plenty on eBay or through instrument suppliers.

Check and see if the needle is hung on the housing. If some one has tried To reset because it was loose it is very easy to bend the needle. Been there done that.

Digital would be fine, but I was thinking that there might be a component sales location that might have the size of the original to pop back into that slot.

Ferget the 20+ y.o. battery meter. I use and recommend the "VoltMinder" digital battery monitor. It's easy to install and use and has settable alarms to warn of over and under voltage conditions. Less than $30 @ batteryspace.com and others.

I am with Bob, I have a monitor very much like the VoltMinder. Pretty cheap. Alarm goes off *before* the battery gets drained to low.
