Can you wire in battery powered lights?

I have LED lights in my boler, powered by 3 aaa batteries. I am very happy with how they light up the trailer. Is there a simple way to run them off the 12 volt trailer battery?

yes, you need a 12v to 5v power supply like this
DC Converter Buck Module 12V Convert TO 5V USB Output Power Adapter | eBay

if you are handy with a soldering iron, go to the dollar store and pick up a cigarette lighter usb charger and take out the board.

If your in Edmonton, PM me and I will set you up.

This one will do the same job but you can dial in exactly 4.5 volts and it is a lot cheaper.
