If you get the 4045, check the 12 volt circuits. On mine a couple of the numbers on the wires didn't match up with the fuse number. Probably a rare occurrence, but it saved me some confusion by using an ohm meter to check them. I only used 6 of the 12 circuits. Study the wiring diagram that comes with the converter, it can be a little confusing if you're not used to doing wiring. The 12 volt section has to be connected to a breaker as I recall, and if you use a battery
disconnect switch like I did there is a jumper that has to be removed.
