Interior electrical

I have a 76 Scamp that was redone before I got it.
Only electricity inside is a extension cord run to a surge protector giving me about 10 outlets. Only running lights and a small TV at this point.

Planning to cut out the big bookcase deal that was put in where the cooktop and counter would be and going back with a countertop.

At this time Iíd like to wire it properly.

How?
Tips?
Where do I start?

Oh and this will be used while able to plug in to a standard 110 outlet at home or at a campsite. Not boondocking

Google small breaker box is a good start. You probably will still want some 12 volt accessories so you might want a converter. Maxfan or your rooftop AC, if you have it, will probably be running on 12V power.

If you were to add a battery and charger converter there are some available that have the distribution breakers ofr 120 volt AC as well.
One of these would be a good choice if the 12 DC volt is needed along with the 120 AC
