A Group 27 deep cycle should be fine, if you have room for it, though it won't run that AC of course.
Do remember that you shouldn't discharge the
battery below 50% capacity, which is never recommended, but all the more important if it's going to be a while before you get back to charge it.
You might want to get a small portable
solar panel to charge the battery when it's not in use.
If you're going to the backwoods, reduce your usage. Convert to
LED lights inside and get rid of the three speed switch and replace it with a pulse width modulated switch.(about 6 bucks on line)
The standard 3 speed switch uses resistors to reduce current and slow the fan down, but you are still burning the full amperage that the fan is rated for. It's just going to heat instead of speed.
Note: If you go looking for a PWM switch, be careful of the rated frequency. The first one I bought was 500 hertz, just 60 cycles above standard A. I recommend you get one that is in the high end of human audio spectrum (20 to 20,000 Hz), or above. You will sleep better.
