I redrew the diagram after installing a 20amp circuit breaker to replace the 10amp fuse I had. The relay now prevents me from blowing fuses when I forget to unplug the tow vehicle before plugging in the shore power.

Now all you need is something to cut the power from your tow vehicle when you forget to unplug it and you are not plugged into shore power.
