Did you connect the 120 power supply wire for the converter to a circuit breaker? Without that the converter won't work... It's not wired internally, it has to be connected when you install.

Uh ohh. Spoke too soon.

Tried all combinations of power hookups and when I got to battery only and no shore power I got a voltage drop an am getting .02v DC at the main lugs DC but over 12v at the battery and even at the splices on the inside.... Where is my voltage going?

Roy you have a great eye... My buddy put #1 wire in Number 2 slot.... That was an hour of trouble shooting to fin that one.... But we just switched black wire to the 2 spot on bus bar instead of switching red wires around

Holy crap..... I traced everything back to the crimp .... Must be the crimp right inside the shell. And boom. Re crimp the connection... There she is. Brought to life 120, 12 together and on battery alone.... Now it's a really good day in the scamp!

Yes, next I have a whole lotta wiring to corral! Here's my old breaker box, now a junction box. And I rewired a new 20amp breaker Line plug for the A/C to plug into. So that's 3 runs of romex all the way around to the other side to new box...lots of buttoning up to doClick image for larger version
