Bigfoot 25 RQ Water Pressure

So far we really enjoy our new bigfoot. My wife does complain about the lack of water pressure in our shower though, sinks are fine just lower flow to the shower/ Anyone else see this on a newer 25RQ?

Happened in mine. It was the shower head not open all the way.

Are you using city water or the water pump? We get great shower water pressure from the pump, but often not so much when hooked up to the campground water.

Shower

It's full open and it doesn't matter if we are using well water or city water. When we use community water we use a pressure regulator to keep it at 50 psi. Our pump runs it at 50 psi and kicks on at 40 psi.

For me the pressure isn't an issue since I now have more hair on my back than my head. My wife on the other hand very, very thick long hair, complains it takes soooooo long to wash and rinse.

Seems like ours happens on city water but not on pump. OK for me, but wife notices these things. Wonder if one of those low flow eco-shower heads would present a better spray pattern? I might try that.

Shower Pressure

We have a 2017 25RQ and had the same issue. We put on an oxygenics shower head we got from Amazon. Made a world of difference with increased pressure and uses less water. We also switched the outside shower head.

Shower Head

Do you have a model number, that link opens to many shower heads!

Snuffy, A lot of the OEM shower wands have a restrictor in the line. Just unscrew the wand from the hose and you will see what looks like a washer with a small hole in it. Remove it and screw the wand back on and it should wake up that wimpy shower head. Don't throw the washer/restrictor away in case you spend some time boondocking where you need to be stingy with water.

We have a Oyxgenics shower head. Makes all the difference in the world.

Simple solution.
