Boler 1300 - Replacing my Fresh water tank

I just pulled the original water tank out from under the Dinette in my 74 Boler. Its in fine condition but because of the age of the plastic, I'd like to replace it. I'm not opposed to having a new tank made to go under the trailer where the original one was mounted.

I've seen a few different options of redoing the setup including Ian's external tank setup but I think I'd like to have the water onboard Since I'm putting a deep cycle battery on the tongue, I think it will counterbalance nicely. Has anybody used a scamp tank under the dinette seat? anybody have an option they think is the bees knees?

thank in advance.
