Unscrew the hose and look inside, the line end is flat and there should be a gasket or "O" ring to seal it.
If it all looks good then be sure it is tight before deciding to replace the line.
Another trick which I have had good luck with is to remove the hose and the showerhead then reverse the hose. This sometimes results in a better seal.
