It's a two way valve. Pump and garden hose supply.

Dennis, we want to help you. But sink valve doesn't make sense. There's no sink "valve" in these trailers.

If I understand his post #5, he said it was a valve that switched between city water(garden hose) and tank water (pump), I assume going to just one sink faucet. Kinda like a garden hose splitter in reverse.

Perhaps this was something a previous owner installed so that he/she could choose which source flowed into the sink faucet.
