Updated 1985 Scamp 16 standard layout 4. Has the large front sliding window, sofa/bunk beds, side closet or private toilet area but no shower or holding tanks.

We are asking 8,250. Reasonable offers will be looked at but otherwise we will store it over the winter and sell it in the spring.

EXTERIOR UPDATES: NEW OR NEWER: 3,500 axle with brakes and lift; 5 lug style in 2010 at the Scamp factory; Carlisle Radial Trail 13 tires including a new spare, plain white spare tire cover; Heng s roof/exit vent; Snap caps and washers with new rivets ALL redone with new butyl tape; Rustoleum paint on 20 propane tank, telescoping rear stabilizer jacks, tongue and bumper; Battery case with Duracell 12 volt RV battery 1 year old; wheeled tongue jack; LED tail lights and rear corner reflective safety stickers for additional visibility.

While we have owned it, we have cleaned out weep holes, removed and replaced windows, drilled out all the old rivets and put in new rivets and Snap Caps; we have resealed windows with new butyl tape and put caulking around the windows and other openings, replaced the original roof vent etc. as needed so there are no leaks.

INTERIOR UPDATES: NEW OR NEWER: Progressive Dynamic Converter/Charger with Progressive Dynamics Charge Wizard still under warranty; Furnace electronic circuit board installed; still under warranty; 325 repair ; Frigidaire 5,000 BTU air conditioner, professionally installed with separated air ducting; dark green carpet installed by the Scamp Factory for the previous owner in 2010. We used several striped yellow/cream/gray runners over the carpet and these runners are included to match the white and yellow draperies. Allure Pacific Pine flooring in side closet / toilet area; caulking of Ensolite seams replacing old discolored/yellowed seam tape.Sherwin Williams Paperwhite paint on primed Ensolite walls,interior cabinet doors and table. Full length mirror on interior storage closet/toilet area door; 2 towel bars on storage closet/bathroom door; stylish oil rubbed bronze cabinet knobs and hinges; 4 LED cabinet lights can run on 12 volt or shore power; 6 remote controlled dimmable LED puck lights. Great mood lighting! NEW Scamp gray upholstery covers for sofa and dinette and newer cushions.

FACTORY OPTIONS: 1. Rock/Gravel Guard over front window 2. Screen door 3. Small crank out ventilation window over stove 4. Awning included but it is not currently on the trailer. Previous owner had bracket damage from high winds and we never repaired it. We used a separate screen tent instead. 5. Front and back windows are sliders our Scamp 13 has stationary windows in front and back 6. Keep Door open hardware installed by Scamp in 2010 from previous owner. 7. Silverware drawer under the stove.

OTHER: The previous owners installed shelving in the side closet. If not used there is room for a composting or cassette toilet. A new LED light was installed in this closet along with new vinyl plank flooring. NO freshwater tank The original 8 gallon water tank leaked when we bought it from the 2nd owner. We didn t want to use the water tank so it was never repaired. New tanks can be purchased from Scamp if desired. The tank can also be removed for additional storage. Exterior fiberglass shell has typical minor surface cracks but are not a concern. No cracks in frame. No wood rot. No pet or smoking odors.

FYI for those who would prefer a smaller, lighter trailer, we are also selling our updated 1985 Scamp 13 standard layout 1. We are selling our beloved Scamps because we decided to purchase a larger molded fiberglass Bigfoot 25’ trailer so we could have a walk-around bed! Originally we thought our older son and his wife would be interested in one of the Scamps but their interest has changed. We are sad to see them go but we know they will be enjoyed by their next owners!
