SOLD! Great condition! Non smokers, and we don't camp with our pets. Rarely cooked inside.

Layout 4 is side bathroom and front bunks.

The usual amenities:

furnace

air conditioner

fantastic fan

refrigerator

hot water heater

I put the rug down, when we bought it in 2013. It adds color, and protects against dirt, Carpet underneath is in excellent condition, and of course, you can remove the rug.

When not camping, it has been stored under the carport.

I can throw in a small microwave, and a 5x7 outdoor rug.

I have added a TON of Command removeable hooks, and added

baby locks on the fridge and closet, to make sure they stay closed during travel.
