I went to look at this trailer. The man is not revealing the true condition of the trailer. It has not always been covered. It has sit behind his house for 2 years on his own admission. There is cracking in the gelcoad on the horizontal areas at the belly band. The rear window frame has been bent from getting caught on something, the window frame will need to be replaced. The Fantastic fan doesn't work and the mechanism is damaged. There is a large mysterious stain inside the closet that he claims he didn't know was there. The finish is faded and will need to be polished and waxed. Several of the cupboard doors do not latch and unlatch properly, one is broken. There is residue near the cupboard doors where duct tape was used to keep them closed. This trailer has clearly been neglected. For someone who wants a
Casita for cheap and is willing to put sweat equity into it, it might not be a bad deal. I just don't want to work that hard.
