Many well done and functional modifications, most of which appear in pictures. Underside has had 3 coats of automotive undercoat applied with seams caulked. Open frame channels at front covered/undercoated.
Propane and
battery platforms added.
Awning gap between it and trailer body sealed with gasket. Threshold addition for better door seal.
Inside: top bunk beefed up to allow more
weight with width extender, extra hinges and heavier support poles. Front overhead cabinet, silverware drawer, front base, and closet have had dividers made for more efficient storage. Corian stove cover with matching accents on two cabinet supports. Curtain tiebacks, carpet over existing vinyl, LEDs inside. Rear table modified to allow easier access, filler board for bed use. Sliding drawer under table. New cabinet knobs. Entry step and vehicle dollies included. Water tank and Porta Potty never used.
