All Deluxe models come with A/C, see you are shopping for a Escape, Bigfoot, or Oliver, we have purchased an new Oliver and will be picking it up in July, this is why our Casita is for sale. From what I have read on the Oliver Forum many of the Oliver owners once owned a Casita.
