The dining area can be arranged to accommodate up to six people. It comes with an additional set of
Casita Independence model cushions and tables, to be used as the Independence Deluxe model Casita. This Casita has varied bed arrangements. Your bed choices are two twin beds, double bed, queen bed, or king bed.
Front of the trailer as you enter has a closet and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Other interior amenities include a roof mounted air conditioner with a heating element, a Fantastic ceiling fan with the Max Air cover, cable ready TV hookups with flat screen mounting hardware,and overhead
light fixtures. All
lights have been upgraded to LEDs. There is a
propane furnace with a digital thermostat.
The exterior of the trailer includes two mounted
propane tanks,screen door, entry
light, locking exterior storage cabinet, rear stabilizing screw jacks, 25 gallon fresh water tank, city water hookup, duel gas and electric hot water heater,
electrical cord access, deep cycle
battery, low mileage
tires, and a rear mounted spare tire with cover. The trailer has electric
brakes and a
weight distribution/sway control hitch. The sewer caps have been upgraded to be mouse proof. The standard single step has been upgraded to two steps. The back of the camper has an outside shower with both hot and cold water.
