Hi! I love your camper! We just bought a 1997 Northern Lite 16ft camper. We don't have an owner's manual and I emailed the company about one. They responded that in 2014 they lost all of their older manuals in a fire. So, there are a few things we can't figure out. 1)how to turn on the hot water heater, 2)where the low point drain is for the fresh water tank 3) how to turn on the heater for the camper.

Would you happen to know these things?
My husband and I would be grateful for any help you might be able to offer.
