I was happy indeed, I got everything up and running in two days and for $80/hr instead of $160/hr that the shops charge. Plus, the fact that he's mobile and will come to your place matters a lot - saved me a great deal of time and he put up with me and my questions as I was constantly hovering over him trying to steal a bit of his knowledge. You know, for future use.
Not only that but he took the time to talk me through everything he was working on.
I was reluctant in handing him $600 downpayment for the HWH and the parts so I didn't really sleep much that night - but he showed up next morning with everything purchased, brand new, and got to work. So yes, I believe the guy deserves a bit of advertising in this community.
