Yes it is, using deck lids I created a cold air intake on the side of UH and a hot air exchange on the front corner; then using 1' insulation board separated the two chambers under the seat. I used a 5K BTU unit, which keeps us cool on the hottest of days. My unit has a built in evaporator pan, so I opted not to install one, we have never had one drop of water on the floor in the 2 yrs of use.
