Next we welded a 3" strip of steel from front to rear and added two scrap pieces across to attach box to.
We reused the upper cut off propane stand by lining up the top end against remaining base and welding making sure in a level position.
Started by cutting off the propane tank bracket just above the Jack Stand weld
