Hello from Rhonda in TN. I'm hoping you might answer a question for me, Frank. We've been researching travel trailers and came across the Casitas recently, then found the ParkLiner just yesterday. I was happy to see that the PL has an option for bunk beds (for our young grandsons). Then I started adding up the cost of options on the PL website and I am disappointed to see that a base model PL (now nearly 17k) with a few added options will command upwards of 26-28k! As I did more reseach it appears that the PL folks are not so great at customer service. My question: do you think the PL is a better built trailer than the Casita? It appears that we can get a new 17' Casita for 8-10k less than a new PL but we much prefer the size and layout of the PL. I guess my question is do you think the PL would be worth that much more in quality? And should we be concerned about poor PL service?
