Found on CraigsList in Detroit Michigan Aug 8 2016
Rear roof vent was completely off and had been sitting a few years as the weather dropped inside.
It was half gutted and windows hanging on by one screw.
Floor was ripped up. I had her towed home and started working on her inside and out (58 year old woman) Finished interior and exterior in 3 1/2 Weeks !
