Hi Ron,
You gave me a couple of thoughts about what to do with the cracks in the pass through. I recall you saying the entry door could be painted but I don't remember what you said about the pass-through. It is pretty fragile at the point of whatever impact it received. I want to determine my best course of action because with aging I suspect it will be more challenging to fix. I am hoping you can help. I can send you a photo if you like.
Also, what do you recommend for mildew build up on the outside?

I have spent a great deal of time cleaning the interior and have gotten the step to slide a bit better with the help of WD40. It is bent though as you noticed. One of the screws impedes the easy retraction of the step.
I truly appreciate your expertise in helping me in this transition. I can't imagine having a moving company just dumping it on my doorstep.
