It was a challenge as I wanted to visit friends in Montreal. I did book a campsite across the border and had an interview with the provincial covid officer. I wore a mask and showed them my cOvid test .
I was told to stay at campground, no stopping at gas stations or markets which was not a problem as I had fuel and food. No point in continuing onto to the city as everyone was locked down. Left the next day. The covid officer continue to phone me for two weeks to make sure I was out of Canada
Perhaps you could meet family at a campground washroom as this madness is not going away
So sad to not see family and friends despite masks. VaxinAtions and 3 meter distancing
