Step by step from end to beginning
2 Six volts batteries to make 12 volts !
Picked up a tiny propane tank Linda doesn't want propane in the trailer.
Going to get the wirering from the tow vehicle to the trailer done . I tryed but blew a fuse !
All the lights,windows,trim,roof, door reinstalled !! The wife (aka minister of finance) is loosening the purse strings Yesssssssss!
found trim for the roof but sadly the roof has changed shape it seems ! I'll figure something out
The bolts of the trim where 1 " with washers sealed with buttil to seal the long bolts will come in handy down the road
Repaired the inside window plate and painted with stone lookind paint,
The Front bottom is diamond plate rubber I picked up at Costco,
The glue didn't hold (3m Spay glue)
Repaired the storage box much the same way, and added chrome trim to the edge of the lid
Shell now has received a coat of bed liner primed to grey painted fleet white , all hardware primed with aluminium primer and painted black
Reglued broken pieces of the window back together, sanded smooth hid the cracks with a coat of bed linner,primed to light grey, painted fleet white,...
All cracks filled, top sanded smooth, thick coat of Bed linner, Primed light gray, painted fleet white,happy with the result!! The shell will receive...
Floor replaces and glue on walls scrapped off and remaining glue nutralized with Javex,then mold treated with moldex
All the cracks filled and shell primed to light grey, the front of the shell wasn't done because it will get different treatment
