Hi Robert,
We have a lightly used garage kept 2013 Parkliner in Minnesott Beach, NC. It has just about all factory options including a Fiamma awning. I also installed a flat screen tv and led lighting. We find we are not using it much since we bought our mountain cabin.
We plan to take pictures in the next few days (as soon as the rain stops).
We have almost $23000 in it and plan to ask $17,500.
