My 1971 Boler
1971 Boler
Bottom painted Interlux #4258 Black and front part and lower are with Gravel Guard to match my TUG. Now I need to paint the top half #4205 Seattle...
Finally in primer
Winter hit Winnipeg
Fiberglassed and filled the roof is straight once again, some more sanding and it will be ready for primer if the weather ever wams up again.
Inside shot of the cuts to relieve the outward bow.
Ground down all the build up of body filler and fiberglass and did some cuts to bring it all back into shape. Blocks screwed into place to hold it...
Lots of body work, now need to figure out what to do about the bump to the upper left of the window.
Fernie BC picnic site, had lunch and ready for 1414km back to Winnipeg
Thank you to my good friend Luc for going with Shirley and I to pick up my new Boler. Winnipeg ,MB to Fernie, BC and back again. It was a 2828Km...
Sorry Dan. The cork is a nice idea, but it does not fit in with my plans.
Modified tail light, cut off the ugly ring and fibreglassed to a nice contour.
Lost the bottom part of the window somewhere between Portage La Prairie and Winnipeg. If you find it I want it back. LOL or if you have one to sell...
Fits in my garage prefectly, that is until my car wants back in for winter.
My new Boler, it is a Glass-Fab 1971 made in Peace River Alberta. Bought it in Fernie, BC. Only a 36.5 hour round trip to pick it up.
