Hey, Tammie! I am new to this forum so I hope I am sending you a private message. I am Rhonda from Tennessee and we are looking at purchasing either a Casita or a ParkLiner. We are leaning toward the PL because we have 2 young grandsons and would like the bunk bed option. I saw your pics and your trailer is gorgeous! Love the tiled backsplash...beautiful! If you would help me with my question I would appreciate it. In looking at the PL website it looks like their base model is 17k. When I added up the options $$ then the price jumps to WAY UP in the high 20k range! That is way more than we hoped to spend. We wanted to keep it under 20k. Maybe I am looking at the option price list wrong? Thanks for shedding any light you can for me on what we can expect to pay for a PL with a few basic options. We are hoping the PL won't be way out of our price range. So far the PL is catching my eye but we can't do 30k! Your rig is gorgeous!...Rhonda
