Washington Bigfoot 5th wheel inspection?

A friend is interested in this trailer; I was wondered if someone familiar with Bigfoots (bigfeet?) in the area could have a looksee at it, in Marysville Washington. 1984 22' Bigfoot 5th Wheel Trailer | Marysville, WA | Fiberglass RV's For Sale
