trillium leak

I have had water pooling under passenger side bench seat on my trillium 1977 4500. I was planning on resealing windows and doing a belly band job and will still be doing those jobs.
I actually found my leak today when we were getting a torrential downpour. So much water was getting into my taillight it filled it to the point the water was coming into the trailer through the drilled hole for the taillight wires.
Anybody else ever had that happen?

Prior to the restoration of our '79 Trillium 4500 I had the curb side tail light lens at least half full of water ( and the tail light still was working). The belly band leaked and the front window had leaked enough to rot the wood frame. The roof vent leaked also. It is amazing to me where leaks can occur.

I went back out yesterday and discovered I have multiple leaks. I will be tackling the belly band next weekend, and then the windows, then maybe a new axle then maybe some solar and a new furnace and a better fridge.Yup that ought to do it.:)

Hi Garry, just going to throw my 2 cents in. If it were me, I'd be doing the window and vent(s) first and see if that takes care of it. Those always need resealing at some point but not all belly bands leak. You may be opening a can of worms that doesn't need opening ;).

Thanks Dave but I can see bulging plates in a few spots, the band has got to go.

Gary, If you get your furnace out intact, I would be interested in it.
