Almost finished
Original condition when brought home Original Interior before renovation bably rusted pop-top lift mechanism
History I purchased it from owner in Snoqualmie, WA. in April 2009, about 100 miles away. It towed home just fine. Shell and frame were in good shape, but rain had gotten in from a roof vent that had lost it's cover. So it smelled moldy inside, metal parts were rusted, and the floor was rotted in spots. Thus the gutting began till there was nothing left inside and the smell was gone.
Interior
Original 'bathroom', rotten floor underneath Totally gutted!
I welded on a couple more cross-members to the frame, new plywood floor, new wall covering, vinyl sheet flooring, new 120v and 12v wiring. Sewed new pop-top. Trailer is entirely insulated. Original fridge refurbished, still works, water tank and pump good to go.

Exterior
New battery holder, new paint on tongue Sewed new pop-top fabric. Restored lift hardware After Maaco Paint job
Fiberglassed holes, sanded it and then Maaco painted it . New tires. Welded on exterior battery holder on tongue. Reset the windows, cleaned up the door and installed new lockset and window screen.

Customization
Added more counter area for work/microwave space. Storage cabinet, more lighting, more outlets New kitchen, new faucet
Counter added opposite sink, with storage underneath. Upgraded 120v system with two 15amp circuits and 30amp power cord; lots of outlets now.

Renovations
New foam-backed vinyl wall covering New breaker box and wiring upgrade
Fridge got cleaned up, derusted, a new front panel and new 120v wiring. All interior metal latches and pop-top mechanism were derusted and painted. All new cabinetry is birch 1/4" plywood over stick-built framing.

Other Information
