History Furnace replaced new unit it is smaller, stove replaced with one from a 1977 boler of same size a 4 burner magic chef oven, rewired, most clearance lights changed same style' new water lines and hot water tank, drains and some gas lines replaced. Was in a trailer park for years, new st205r14 c rated tires new vintage tail light lenses, Size 17.5' boler is 7' 11 1/2" wide with 6' 4" headroom and 14' long inside.

Interior
Seats new foam and covers, drapes are also new
upgraded cupboard materials too cut weight in select locations

Exterior
Original Paint, fridge stove and interior.
Art decorating, shutters at front, max air vents and a screen door added. removed shutters and max air vents.
Some outside patch work could be improved.

Purchased the brake breakaway swich
Will fix door hinges and door seals
have new hindge bolts
new rear lights shades seals and stainless screws

Customization

Retro fit the shower option:
Drain hookup finished. Have purchased the new hot water tank and all the shower fittings.

Renovations
Original
Is under 2500 lbs original; reduction to 2000 lbs is goal will keep working on weight reduction. So far have added as much weight or more than removed with the shower retro project.

Other Information
Single 3500 lb axle, trailer brakes, new trailer tires and a breakaway switch was added too meet current laws.

Tow Vehicle
Corolla with factory (dealer ordered) tow package included proportional trailer brake modual, progressive trans cooler and hitch; Upgraded too custom made class 3 hitch, and wd system to get the 200 to 250 lb tongue weight needed.
