Rack made from aluminum C channel. Front support is 1.25" aluminum tube cantilevered off tongue. Longitudinal members are attached to frame with stainless hose clamps

Spare mount is bolted to bumper using original holes. Structure is 1.25" square tubing with sleeve inserts to prevent crushing
