History Not sure...previous owner was in Alberta, and he says he bought it from a Swiss-German in BC. It's with me in Montana now.

I've worked on and replaced a lot of small stuff. All the roof covers/vents. All lights are LED (warmest possible). Furnace electronics are mostly new.
Interior
Fantastic Vent/Fan to replace old main roof vent. I took out the upper flip-down bunk bed and put some shelving/storage up there. A friend made some new curtains (originals were pink).

Been working on getting the fridge to cool better. Installed a fan over the upper fins, in the upper vent to draw hot air out, plus added baffles and insulation around the exterior. Makes a difference when it hits the 80s, but I still don't think it'll be able to keep up in the 90s.

Planning to install a new control center and add some USB ports. Never seems to make it high enough up the priority list with other general maintenance stuff that comes up, and life.

Added a retractable clothesline for drying clothes. 12V fan to blow air around in the trailer.

Exterior
Resealed one window. Will do the rest eventually.

I have plans for scraping the surface rust off the frame and painting it with POR15. Someday.

Renovations
New Dexter 3500lb straight axle with brakes.

Tow Vehicle
1998 Tacoma V6
