History

bought the trailer from 2nd owner covered in dirt and mushroom like growth. Treated all with bleach for two weeks inside and out. checked frame axel wheels etc. been working on it off and on for the past 15 years.

Replaced floor with wood oak finish vinyl.
eliminated toilet room (dumb idea poor workmanship). Re glassed front storage locker and new paint. Replaced window sills with African resin wood. Custom front bunk hinge.
new upholstery for rear cushions. 2016- New Suburban forced air furnace. 2017-New solid cherry face fronts and cabinet doors
