After total rennovation and Boler 50th work in progress (no bunk bed)
History bought the trailer from 2nd owner covered in dirt and mushroom like growth. Treated all with bleach for two weeks inside and out. checked frame axel wheels etc. been working on it off and on for the past 15 years.
Interior
Replaced floor with wood oak finish vinyl.
eliminated toilet room (dumb idea poor workmanship). Re glassed front storage locker and new paint. Replaced window sills with African resin wood. Custom front bunk hinge.
new upholstery for rear cushions. 2016- New Suburban forced air furnace. 2017-New solid cherry face fronts and cabinet doors

Exterior
Stainless Steel rack. Mag wheels x 3. small fixes

Customization
clothes line added removable tow bar and storage box
clothes line brackets added
storage and dual batteries + propane gas bottles box finished.

Weight on scales 1450# ===== ===++++ new weight 2018 = New off road frame and 8" lifted axle (still on 13" wheels) all up weight @ 1980 lbs (380 tongue weight) 2018
