History original condition was rotted walls and floor some electrical worked most water system did not work this was a larger project than we were ready for
This turned out to be a labour of love for Janice myself and our 2 dogs stewart our cat was with us all during the re-construction with much neede advise ha ha

Coplete rebuild from frame up 18 month process

Re paint exterior to original

Complete interior change wall framing and wall board flooring windows electrical etc, the Works
