Ordered new from Parkliner. Took delivery on January 31, 2017. Production #0114. Options added: dual burner range, 1.9 CUFT 3-way refrigerator, fold out galley extension, 12 V DC outlet, Water Heater LP & AC, Fresh & effluent tanks/battery combo monitor, outside faucet, flush toilet, air conditioner, additional 120 V AC outlet, dual batteries, magic table/couch, corner shelf/chaise, Fiamma 45 awning, deadbolt entry lock, dual propane tanks, furnace, and screen door.

Factory forgot to install my deadbolt and corner shelf/chaise. I will be bringing it back to the factory to have those options installed.

4 seat dining table when bed is not in use

Bed area can be configured as a double or short queen. When bed is not in use, the area can be set up as either seating or a 4 person dining table.

There is a 2 person bistro table along the side so you can leave the bed set up and have a place to eat or an extra place to prep food.
